Important Staff Dates Marimeta Counselors & Staff can find all the important camp dates for the upcoming summer at Camp Marimeta. June 2nd Pre Pre Camp (A week of getting camp physically ready and training) June 8th *Staff bus leaves Chicago’s O’Hare airport to drive to camp at 5pm. June 9th Staff training begins June 17th Campers arrive July 12/13th Parents Weekend July 14th Second Session begins August 7th Campers Leave August 8th Staff who are not contracted for post season leave August 21st All staff leave *If you are from overseas please land by 3pm on June 8th. If you are flying into Chicago (ORD) from a different state please land by 3:30pm. We try to ensure the bus leaves promptly at 5pm. You can arrange to fly into Rhinelander, WI if you prefer. Please plan on arriving on June 10th and we will arrange for transportation to camp for you. If you wish to drive your car to camp please contact us for directions. Due to the training starting the morning of the 9th we suggest arriving on June 8th.
